What actually happens in the first week?+
You claim a workspace, connect one WordPress site, and we establish its baseline. We check health, create a protected backup, review pending updates and run one safe update process so you can see how the work is handled.
Do you need my hosting login?+
Usually the site connects through Nought Runtime. Some recovery or hosting-specific work may need additional access, but we ask only when it is necessary and explain why.
What if I want to leave?+
You can disconnect the site. Your WordPress website remains yours; the service is there to operate it, not to lock it into a proprietary host.
Will you tell me if something is my fault?+
We will tell you what happened and what needs doing, without the blame game. The useful question is how to recover safely and prevent the same issue happening again.
